Return window

The return period for items extends to thirty days from the delivery date. To initiate the return process please reach out to us at info@lumora-mode.com. The returned items must remain unused and unworn while being in their original packaging with all labels attached. The return policy does not accept items after thirty days from the delivery date.

Return process

Refund

After receiving your returned package we will conduct an inspection. The refund process will begin after approval and the funds will be sent back to your original payment method. The refund process takes a maximum of 7 days to complete. We do not charge restocking fees.
