Return window
The return period for items extends to thirty days from the delivery date. To initiate the return process please reach out to us at info@lumora-mode.com. The returned items must remain unused and unworn while being in their original packaging with all labels attached. The return policy does not accept items after thirty days from the delivery date.
Return process
Refund
After receiving your returned package we will conduct an inspection. The refund process will begin after approval and the funds will be sent back to your original payment method. The refund process takes a maximum of 7 days to complete. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchange
Do you want to change your mind and get a different item? No problem! If you want to exchange your item, please contact us at info@lumora-mode.com and we will help you with the exchange process.

Cancellations
You can reach us at info@lumora-mode.com to request order cancellation. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, or once processing has started, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Damaged or defective items
We will assist you with any damaged or incorrect items you receive. Please send an email to info@lumora-mode.com with a photo of the issue. We will take care of the problem and provide either the correct item or a replacement.
